As a rostered patient, it is strongly recommended that, in the event you need a refill, you book another OHIP-covered appointment with Dr Tawfik or one of her associate doctors to discuss this. As an OHIP patient, this is free to you. However, please bear in mind there might be wait time until the next appointment is available.
Option 2️⃣: Email us your request a for prescription refill

Alternatively, if you wish to simply email in your prescription refill request to us, this is not an OHIP covered service. Such requests can be processed for you usually within 24 hours and as a non-OHIP service, come at a charge of $30 per request. Please make payment using the link below if you wish to pay by Paypal/Credit card or alternatively please make payment via etransfer to [email protected] . After successfully making payment, please email us to confirm a) payment has been made and which method you used to pay, b) the medications you are seeking a refill for, and c) the pharmacy you'd like refill prescription faxed to. (In the event you recently spoke to the doctor about arranging the refill, we suggest you please check with your pharmacist first before paying, as it might be your refill has already been arranged for you.)
