Dr Tawfik is the only doctor in the practice who rosters patients. Unfortunately, she is not accepting patients at this time.
However, if you wish to be placed on the waitlist, please simply complete the online waitlist form:➡️ LINK.
After completing your details on the waitlist you will be automatically be added to the waitlist. There is nothing further to do after completing this form. You will be contacted in due course if you are next on the waitlist (call ups are made in chronological order and are conducted via email). When you are called up by email, you must respond within 24 hours otherwise we will move onto the next person on the waitlist. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated time for how long the wait on the waitlist will be, as this depends on factors outside of our control.
