Option 1️⃣ Pay by Paypal / Credit Card:
Begin by clicking the yellow 'Buy Now' button below. You'll then be taken to a secure payment page where you can select your desired service from the dropdown menu. Payment options include:
• Log in to your PayPal account, or
• Pay with debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed)
Option 2️⃣ Pay by e-Transfer
You can send an e-transfer for the relevant amount ($50 for a simple doctor's note / $100 for a detailed doctor's note / $30 for prescription refill / $50 medical records request) to hello@drtawfik.ca . Don't forget to add your name as the payment reference and make it clear what the payment is for.
