Option 1️⃣ Pay by Paypal / Credit Card:

Use the drop down menu to select the relevant service and hit 'Buy Now'. After hitting 'Buy Now' you can either pay by logging into your Paypal account or if you don't have a Paypal account, simply select the option to 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' at the foot of that page.

Option 2️⃣ Pay by e-Transfer

You can send an e-transfer for the relevant amount ($50 for a simple doctor's note / $100 for a detailed doctor's note / $30 for prescription refill / $50 medical records request) to [email protected] . Don't forget to add your name as the payment reference and make it clear what the payment is for.
